Director, Sales Operations

Primary responsibilities include:
- Sales Forecasting/Pipeline Management and Reporting
- Contract Management and tracking
- Develop, manage and deploy strategic sales tools,
such as ROI, collateral material, gross margin and
other sales/marketing tools, to enable the sales team
to more effectively communicate company's value
proposition, accelerate the sales process, increase
win rate and maximize revenue potential
- SARBOX standard and compliance
- Proposal and quote preparation and management
- Commission plan development and accounting
- Sales campaigns development and management
- Reports to VP of Sales

Requirements for the position include:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Sales
- Proven success communicating with all levels of
internal and external management
- Outstanding business acumen and broad financial
experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry
desired
- Some travel will be required - approximately 10%
